What is Buggy Parks all about?

Off-Road Go-Karts

Our 7 imported Senior Karts are fitted with 200cc engines and “fat takkies”. They are suitable for older children and adults. These karts provide the thrill of drifting and racing on our challenging 200 metre Senior track.

Our 4 imported Junior Karts are fitted with 50cc engines. They are suitable for the smaller/younger child (under 35Kgs). These karts provide fun for the little ones on our “Round the Mountain” Junior track

Track Facilities

Trackside Facilities

There is a large drum braai with grid available at the Senior track. We also have two mobile braais for use at either the Senior or Junior track. Just bring along tongs, charcoal, etc if you wish to braai. Shaded tables and seating is available at both tracks.

Bring your own food and drinks or order from the restaurants in the neighbouring Ngwenya Glass Village (they provide waitering services to the Buggy Parks tracks).

Ngwenya Glass Village

Buggy Parks is situated immediately behind the Ngwenya Glass Village in the Muldersdrift area which is close to Johannesburg but far enough away to give you that relaxed country feeling. There is something for everyone at the Ngwenya Glass Village. The village plays host to Gilroys Country Brewery, Pub and Restaurant which offers live music over Weekends and on Public Holidays – this a popular venue for bachelor/bachelorette and company parties. The Barefoot Kitchen offers good food in a relaxed garden setting. There are also kiddie’s playgrounds and several mini stores in the village offering everything from glass art to clothing and lots more. The village is a great place to spend a day in the country
